⭐️ Primary 5 had an excellent workshop from Action Mental Health today ⭐️
P5 participated in their programme ‘Healthy Me’. We learnt who to seek help from if we need support, we discussed how you would look after your mental health and the importance of staying healthy.
P5 enjoyed all of the fun activities! They sorted unhealthy and healthy behaviours, they show their likes and dislikes, they identified who they can talk to for help and identified the qualities of our friends.
P5 thoroughly enjoyed this visit from AMH!
