IMPORTANT UPDATE

Dear Parents,

In the interest of protecting and safeguarding our whole community an extra ordinary governor meeting was held this evening.

The board of governors and senior management of St Brigid’s Primary School have decided to bring forward two training days and one optional closure from the May holidays.

School will now be closed to pupils on Wednesday 18th, Thursday 19th and Friday 20th March.

Staff will use this time to prepare lessons, materials and resources in preparation for the imminent closure.

I understand that this may raise issues with childcare for many parents, but I hope you understand the reasons for taking this step.
