Today we welcomed the Amazon Jungle Show to school for Primary Two and Early Years.
The children enjoyed getting up close with a range of jungle animals including a gecko, tarantula, snake, tortoise and lizard. Thank you to Catherine for her insightful knowledge of all the creatures. The children thoroughly enjoyed getting to hold and touch the animals 🐍 🕷️ 🦎 🐢

On Friday our problem solving skills got put to the test as we took part in a live Izak 9 session, competing against schools throughout the country. We worked together to solve a range of challenges testing our knowledge of factors, prime numbers, number sequences, fractions, decimals and percentages!

🌻 Sunflower Planting in P3 🌻
We had a lovely afternoon today planting some sunflowers kindly sent into school by Clara Quinn.
We had a full afternoon of activities which explored how we are all learning and growing together in the imagine and likeness of God.

🍎✏️P3/4 Fraction Frenzy ✏️🍎
Our P3/4 superstars have been on a fraction adventure this week! 🎉 They've confidently calculated fractions of sets, become experts at spotting equivalent fractions, and are now whizzes at matching fraction pictures, words, and symbols. We are so proud of their progress!
